(‘’Stingray’’) today filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with the proposed initial public offering of its subordinate voting shares and variable subordinate voting shares (the “Offering”). A copy of the preliminary prospectus is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
The Offering is being made through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc., GMP Securities L.P. and BMO Capital Markets, and comprised of CIBC World Markets Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
